Working Towards That 10K

My friend D and I are going to try to run the Capitol 10K on March 27.

I'm proud of myself for waking up early enough today to start "training".  And by training, I mean walking to my fitness room and walking/jogging only one mile on the treadmill.  It's better than nothing right?  A couple years ago, I was jogging 2-3 miles 3 days a week, but I've gotten very lazy.  My plan is to add .5 miles each workout, so in no time I'll be up to 6 miles.

I'll keep this blog updated with my "training"!
