Training Day #2
Today marks day two of training for Capitol 10K. D came over and we went to my fitness room to "train". Unfortunately, only one of the four treadmills was working, so we had to trade off. I only ran a mile again, but this time I also did strength training, 5:00 on elliptical, 7:00 on the recumbent bike, and 5:00 on the stairmaster. Each doesn't sound like much, but added up it felt like a pretty intense workout. It's been a long time since I was running 3 times a week (2 years now), so it's going to take a while before I'm back to where I was. I will get there soon though!
